Various factors such as the structure and material of the mold, the shape of the blank, and friction conditions influence the process, resulting in changes in the stress distribution in different parts of the blank during forming, leading to issues like cracking and wrinkling. This analysis example introduces a deep drawing case of a rectangular box-shaped container. The initial shape of the blank is 200x200 with a thickness of 0.82mm. The die is a rigid flat plate with a square hole measuring 102.5x102.5 with rounded corners of 10mm radius.
